Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business. Clients who need to cancel or reschedule their appointment must do so at least 24 hours in advance. If a client cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours before their appointment, they may be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be equivalent to the cost of the scheduled service. If a client fails to show up for their appointment without any prior notice, they may also be charged a no-show fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled service. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate our clients' needs. However, we ask that our clients respect our time and commitment to providing high-quality services to all of our clients. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment, they must contact us as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fees.
