Service Description
O.O.C Sports Academy, we understand the importance of developing fundamental basketball skills at a young age. Our curriculum training program for 5-6 year-olds is designed to help young athletes learn the basics for ball handling, defense, shooting, and passing. While also developing their hand eye coordination and balance. Our coaches provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow while having fun. Our program includes one-hour sessions in a gymnasium that may include three-on-three live runs (if attendance numbers are met). P.S. In the event that training is scheduled to take place outside, we ask participants come prepared with appropriate clothing, footwear, also sunscreen. And please bring a water bottle to ensure adequate hydration during the training session. We prioritize the safety and health of our athletes and will make necessary adjustments to the training program in cases of inclement weather, but it's important that participants come prepared to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business. Clients who need to cancel or reschedule their appointment must do so at least 24 hours in advance. If a client cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours before their appointment, they may be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be equivalent to the cost of the scheduled service. If a client fails to show up for their appointment without any prior notice, they may also be charged a no-show fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled service. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate our clients' needs. However, we ask that our clients respect our time and commitment to providing high-quality services to all of our clients. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment, they must contact us as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fees.
