OOC SPORTS SUMMER CAMP ITINERARY

Soccer, Flag Football, and Basketball itinerary breakdown for the 3 weeks sports camp.

Week 1

Daily Structure (Monday-Friday)

  • 8:00am - 8:30am: Warm-up/Stretching

  • 8:30am - 10:30am: Drills/Skills Training

  • 10:30am - 11:30am: Conditioning

  • 11:30am - 12:00pm: LUNCH

  • 12:00pm - 1:00pm: Film Study

  • 1:00pm - 4:00pm: Scrimmages

Week 2

Daily Structure (Monday-Friday)

  • 8:00am - 8:30am: Warm-up/Stretching

  • 8:30am - 10:30am: Drills/Skills Training

  • 10:30am - 11:30am: Conditioning

  • 11:30am - 12:00pm: LUNCH

  • 12:00pm - 1:00pm: Film Study

  • 1:00pm - 4:00pm: Live Games

Week 3

  • 8:00am - 8:30am: Warm-up/Stretching

  • 8:30am - 10:30am: Advanced Skills/ Strategy

  • 10:30am - 11:30am: Conditioning

  • 11:30am - 12:00pm: LUNCH

  • 12:00pm - 1:00pm: Film Study

  • 1:00pm - 4:00pm: Live Games

  • 8:00am - 8:30am: Warm-up/Stretching

  • 8:30am - 10:30am: Advanced Skills/Strategy

  • 10:30am - 11:30am: Conditioning

  • 11:30am - 12:00pm: LUNCH

  • 12:00pm - 1:00pm: Film Study

  • 1:00pm - 4:00pm: Playoff

  • 11:30am - 12:00pm: LUNCH

  • 12:00pm - 1:30pm: Esports

  • 1:00pm - 4:00pm: All-Star Challenges/ All-Star Game/ Award Ceremony
