Elite Skill Training at OOC Sports Academy is designed for athletes who already have a foundation in basketball and are looking to take their game to the next level.
These small group training sessions focus on advanced skill development including ball handling under pressure, shooting consistency, footwork, defensive positioning, and overall basketball IQ.
Athletes participate in structured drills and competitive training exercises that challenge them to improve their decision-making, confidence, and performance in game situations.
